We offer a 14-day return window for any item that is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. This policy begins on the date your order is delivered. If you have ordered the wrong product or have changed your mind, you may return it within 14 days for a refund.
Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, with the manufacturer’s seal intact.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All Ulanzi creator equipment sold by MebuLink — including lights, microphones, tripods, selfie sticks, and accessories — comes with a full 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as indicated on your receipt.
Coverage: Any product that fails to operate due to a fault in manufacturing or materials will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
What is NOT Covered: Accidental physical damage, misuse, water damage, fire or power surge damage, or any attempt to open or modify the device by an unauthorized person.
Our smart home devices are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as indicated on your receipt. If a device is found to be defective under this warranty, our sole obligation will be to repair or replace it with the same or equivalent item.
What is NOT Covered: This warranty is void if the product damage is caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, or connection to a non-supported voltage; accidental physical damage, dropping, or misuse; damage from water, fire, power surges, lightning strikes, or other external events; or any attempt to open, modify, or repair the device by an unauthorized person.
Step 1: Contact Us First – If you believe your product is defective, please contact our support team immediately at contact@mebulink.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Step 2: Troubleshooting & Inspection – Our team will first try to resolve the issue with you via email or phone. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for inspection. Once the item is received, our technical team will inspect it to verify the manufacturing defect.
Step 3: Repair or Replacement – If the defect is confirmed and covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the item free of charge and ship it back to you. If the exact model is no longer available, we may offer a replacement of equivalent or better specifications.
The original receipt is required for all warranty claims. Please do not send any items to us without first receiving authorisation from our support team. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item to us. MebuLink will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit to us.
