At MebuLink, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped within Sri Lanka via trusted courier partners.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Sri Lanka Time) on business days (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Handling time: 0–1 business days (time to pack and hand over to courier)
Transit time: 2–4 business days (time for the courier to deliver to you)
Total estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from the time of order placement
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Deliveries over public holidays may be subject to additional delays.

LKR 350 flat rate for orders under LKR 20,000
We currently deliver to all regions within Sri Lanka only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery status.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make further attempts or contact you directly. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout. MebuLink is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided at the time of ordering.
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
